Whether you're looking to begin your drumming journey, or refine existing skills, I'm here to support your development.

With over 25 years experience as a working drummer, I’ve played around the world with some incredible musicians in some of the finest venues and studios out there. I’m a firm believer that drumming has to be fun, and if you enjoy what you do you’ll fully excel! I’ve had the best time learning and playing music throughout my life, but my passion now also lies with teaching and supporting others in their own musical journey.

There’s no need to stress about ability or experience levels — just bring your passion and a pair of sticks.. A range of lesson styles are available, either at my dedicated home drum studio or held remotely online. There isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach to drum tuition, therefore I tailor the lesson approach to suit the requirements of the student. Whether you’re starting out from the very beginning, or at a more competent level and looking to improve certain aspects of your playing, I can create a learning plan to reach those goals. In addition to practical tuition on the drum set, I can offer advice and guidance more holistically, around equipment, how to approach recording in studios, preparing for a tour and overcoming anxieties when playing live in front of a crowd. These are all very real and important aspects of being a musician, and something I can help with.

So, get in touch and we can get to work!
